The symposium will kick off with excursions to birdwatching spots and cultural highlights on the island of Djerba.

The Symposium participants will be accommodated at the Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Thalasso, Djerba, bed & breakfast. Lunches will be provided by the organisers on 13, 14 and 15 February 2024.

Dinners and all extras (phone, beverages, mini bar, etc.) are not covered by the organizers.
Participants are reminded to ensure that they have adequate cash in Tunisian Dinars (TND), for dinners and extras.
Rate of dinner at the hotel: 20 Euros.
The coffee breaks will be served at the Meeting venue.
For the participants whose accommodation expenses are not covered, please contact the organizers to benefit from a special room rate.

Participants will leave for Tunis on the morning of the 16 February 2024.
Travel
Travel support will be provided for the participants who are presenting oral or poster presentations.
The organizers will be in direct contact with the retained participants to arrange their travels.

Visa
All international participants are required to have a valid passport with an expiration date at least six months.
